DVD Review -  Pretty Woman - Special 10th Anniversary Edition

"It was so good I almost peed my pants."

While I'm not sure that I would use that exact quote to describe my thoughts on Pretty Woman, I would say that from the very first time that I saw this movie in the theater it has held a special place in my list of movies. This Cinderella love story from 1990 staring Julia Roberts as Vivian, the streetwise prostitute from Hollywood Blvd., and Richard Gere as Edward, a business savvy bachelor from New York, almost had a very different ending, but more on that latter. This Weeks Recipe -Baked Shrimp

10 large Cleaned Butterfly Shrimp
4 tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 tsp Paprika            

Spread and flatten shrimp. Then place in individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with portion of lemon juice. Combine butter, 5 tbs parsley and garlic in a bowl. Place some of the mixture on each shrimp. Combine crumbs, remaining parsley and paprika and place some on each shrimp. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
