With the success of any movie there is a probability of a second film, a part two, a sequel. Well with the upcoming release of Stuart Little 2 (In Theaters July 19, 2002), Columbia Tristar has chosen to release a Deluxe Edition on their popular DVD of the first film, Stuart Little. Since we reviewed the Collector’s Series DVD here when it first came out, we won’t rehash our comments again for this Deluxe Edition. Suffice it to say that this edition has everything that the Collector’s does with the same great video quality and sound with the following additional extra’s, a sneak peek at “Stuart Little 2” and a new game “A Little Look with Stuart Little”. If you have not yet got a copy of Stuart Little on DVD then this Deluxe Edition is the way to go. If on the other hand you have already purchased he Collector’s Series version, fear not there is really no need to rush out and buy this one again, the quality is the same and the added extras are not enough to warrant the replacement.
